- 0.2% on domestic travel (2 points per ₹100)
Things that catch people out
- Points are only worth much on flights and hotels, so this card is far better for people who redeem for travel.
- International spends are not stated to earn points, so we count them as earning nothing. They carry no markup either.
- The page gives one membership figure of ₹6,000 plus GST and speaks of a first-year fee, so we treat the joining and annual fee as the same.
- The 6,000 welcome points, the Marriott or Taj voucher at ₹15 lakh and the golf rounds are not in our figure.
- No points on fuel, rent, utilities, insurance, education, wallet loads or government payments.
- RBL Bank charges ₹99 plus GST each time you redeem points, which our figure does not deduct.
Joining fee: ₹6,000.
Foreign currency markup: 0%.
